Whirlwind Season
This season has been a whirlwind — training and performing at Odin Home in Ringkøbing, diving into the Feats of Performing Training Camp, and celebrating the Transit Festival in Stendis (Denmark). Each moment has been a spark of inspiration for what comes next.

Bramat Festival, Goleni´ow, Poland
I return to Athens in September when I will perform my solo Fool in the Full Moon, lead a workshop, and for the premiere of Sisyphus, all at the Handmade & Recycled Festival.
Masca, Bucharest, Romania
October will take me to Bucharest to lead a workshop at Masca.
Ships that Pass in the Night, Ringkøbing, Denmark
And finally in November, I'm launching a new workshop/3-phase project: Ships that Pass in the Night which will unfold at Brogården in Ringkøbing, Denmark. First phase is planned for the period 3–28 November; the second phase, in June 2026 and the third phase in February 2027 (dates to be confirmed).
The project is open for applications now – read more and apply here
It's shaping up to be a rich and exciting autumn, and I'm looking forward to crossing paths — on stage, in the workshop room, or somewhere in between.
Warmly,
Donald
Donald Kitt's work both as an actor and director is stunning in its depth, precision, incredible attention to details and the sense of wholeness.
Happy and proud, once again, to take part in the Holstebro Pride parade.
Fabulous to be among the many happy people who insisted on having a party despite the rain.
On the occasion of Donald Kitt's participation in the 13th Handmade & Recycled Theatre Festival – Osmosis, the multifaceted artist speaks to CultureNow about Sisyphus, Leonardo da Vinci and the inexhaustible relationship between theatre, body and creation.
